We brought our newborn son, along with our four other kids, into Susan’s studio for a newborn session. She was so professional and patient. Our newborn was particularly awake and fussy that day. She never made us feel rushed and did all she could to help calm our son. The atmosphere was warm and cozy and she even had things to keep my other kids occupied. Once I saw the finished product I could help but tear up. She captured such sweet memories for our family that we will cherish forever. ~Justine K.

Susan’s studio is warm and welcoming! Susan takes the time to go thru packages and designs before the session. She is so patient with the babies and takes her time working to calm them before taking the perfect pose! Our baby was pretty fussy and I was amazed by Susan’s patience as she calmly soothed our baby back to sleep! Susan has an eye for what clients want and is open to suggestions, if there is something special you would like for her to do. Once our photos were ready, Susan set up a time for us to come back in and view the slides (put to music) that she put together for us – what a treat! We had such a difficult time picking our favorites! They were all so good! I have so many wonderful things to share about Susan and her work! Susan’s work speaks for itself but she is also an incredible person. She is incredibly responsive and punctual throughout the process. Her studio is beautiful and inviting. She spends the time to get to know you and your family and this makes getting the perfect photos that capture just who you and your family are so easy. My session was a mommy and me with my two year old daughter and Susan did a wonderful job of capturing my daughter while she played and explored the studio. She was patient and kind throughout the session. Within a few days our photos were ready to be viewed and I was welcomed back to her studio where I was able to view our gallery in a beautiful slide show. She was so patient throughout this appointment helping me to select my favorite images which was incredibly difficult due to her talent in capturing so many wonderful images. I selected an album and within a week or so the art was complete and she promptly emailed me to schedule a time in which I could pick it up. I am blown away by her art. I can not recommend Susan and Susan Wetlesen Photography enough and cannot wait for another session!

Susan a Wetlesen Photography is incredible!! We are so thankful to have had her take our firstborn’s pictures and have those memories forever. Not only we were incredibly impressed by the finished product of the photos, but the whole experience of being at her studio was phenomenal. It was a peaceful and quiet environment that allowed me to calm and feed my newborn before taking photos! There is also a large bathroom that allows for you to change clothes when your baby pees all over you! Haha In the studio, Susan has countless beautiful and quality baby wraps, bonnets and headbands for photo props for your baby. Our baby loved the space heater she had to keep him warm while she took some of the photos! ~Ashleigh W.

Susan did such an awesome job taking photos of our newborn!! She is very experienced in newborn photography and I definitely recommend her for your newborn photos!! We also did maternity photos with her as well and they turned out great!! She’s very personable which we loved about her as well!!

Susan’s studio is beautiful! She knows everything there is to know about taking your newborns photos! Everything was perfect and well thought out: room temperature, swaddling and positioning baby, accessories, noise machine, lighting, props, waiting room for family, etc. All the photograph options, i.e. albums, canvases, etc., are beautiful quality.
